Public Notice issued in regard of Goa, Daman and Diu Highway Act-1974 in DNH

Your association is forwarded herewith a Public Notice issued by Deputy Secretary (Urban Development), Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa Vide No. U.D/DNH/2018/14 dated 06.04.2018.
Vide this public notice, it is informed that the Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli is going to extend “Goa, Daman and Diu Highway Act-1974” in the UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The said Act-1974 is also forwarded herewith for your ready reference.
In this regards, Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli has invited suggestions/ objections from general public/citizen within 15days from the date of publication of the public notice.
All the industry colleagues are hereby requested to go through “Goa, Daman and Diu Highway Act-1974” and file their suggestions / objections to the Urban Development Department on or before the prescribed time limit. You are also requested to forward your suggestions/objections to your association SIMA to enable us to take up the matter with appropriate authority.
