Your association SIMA is in receipt of a Notification No. PCC/DDD/PWR-16/18-19/411, dated 11/12/2019 issued by Hon’ble Member Secretary, Pollution Control Committee, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa. The scanned copy of the Notification is attached herewith for your ready reference.
As per the Notification, Hon’ble Administrator, Dadra & Nagar Haveli has reconstituted the Union Territory Level Advisory Body to monitor the implementation of the Plastic Waste Management Rule, 2016.
We are pleased to inform you that, your association SIMA is one of the members of this UT Level Advisory Body which is headed by the Secretary, Urban Development, Dadra & Nagar Haveli as Chairman of the Advisory Body.
