Refund Pakhwada from 31st May 2018 to 14th June 2018 organized by CBIC

Your Association SIMA is forwarding herewith a DO No. V/Misc-131/DMN/T/17-18 dated 30th May 2018 issued by Shri Binay Pratap Singh, IRS, Hon’ble Additional Commissioner, Central GST Commissionerate, Daman, Ministry of Finance Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs regarding filing of RFD 01 A application as per Circular No. 17/17/2017 dated 15.11.2017.
As per Circular No.17/17/2017-GST dated 15.11.2017 it is reiterated that due to non-availabilty of the Refund module on the common portal, the applications i.e.FORM GST RFD-01A is required to be filled on the common portal and print out of the said FORM shall be submitted before the jurisdictional proper officer along with all necessary documentary evidences as applicable which are prescribed in the said circular.
For the above mentioned cause, this is to inform you that CBIC has organised a special drive for 15 days called "Refund Pakhwada" from 31 May 2018 to 14 June 2018. You all are requested to take benefit of the same.
