Tax Collected at Source & Tax Deducted at Source under GST Regime.

Your association SIMA is forwarding here with an attachment which has been issued by law committee, GST Council on 28th September 2018 for information of GST.
1. One attachment is related to TCS (Tax Collected at Source) under GST. The said attachment is in form of FAQ i.e. frequently asked questions which give clarification and explanations of various queries on the issue of TCS.
2. The other attachment is on TDS under GST. In the said attachment the standard operating procedures for TDS under GST is described which clarify the various queries of Tax Deducted at Source under GST.
All the colleague industries are kindly requested to go through the attachment to understand and comply with the various provisions of Tax Collected at Source under GST and Tax Deducted at Source under GST.
