Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Gazette Notification No. 36 of 2020 dated 29/09/2020 issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Legislative Department, New Delhi dated 29.09.2020 regarding "The Code on Social Security, 2020".
Vide the Notification, the following Act of Parliament received the assent of the Hon’ble President of India on the 28th September 2020 and is hereby published for general information:
THE CODE ON SOCIAL SECURITY, 2020:
An Act to amend and consolidate the laws relating to social security with the goal to extend social security to all employees and workers either in the organised or unorganised or any other sectors and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
