Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Gazette Notification No. 37 of 2020 dated 29/09/2020 issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Legislative Department, New Delhi dated 29.09.2020 regarding "The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020".
Vide the Notification, the following Act of Parliament received the assent of the Hon’ble President of India on the 28th September 2020 and is hereby published for general information:

An Act to consolidate and amend the laws regulating the occupational safety, health and working conditions of the persons employed in an establishment and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
