Your association is in receipt of the Trade Notice No. 05/2017-18, dated 28.10.2017 issued by Hon’ble Commissioner (UTGST), Department of GST and VAT, Daman. The scanned copy of the same is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
Vide this Trade Notice, clarification of Commissioner (GST), Govt of India, Ministry of Finance, Dept of Revenue, Central Board of Excise and Customs, New Delhi is forwarded to the Principal Chief Commissioners/Chief Commissioners/Principal Commissioners/ Commissioners of Central Tax (all), the Principal Director Generals / Director Generals (all).
By the said clarification, the issue wherein the good are moved within the State or from the State of registration to another State for supply on approval basis is broadly clarified and Ministry of Finance, Central Board of Excise and Customs has described the procedures to be followed in the cases of such movement of goods.
