TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT REGISTRATION PROCEDURE.

Your association SIMA is in receipt of a letter from Federation of Industries Associations, Silvassa on 13th August 2020.
As you all are aware that, UT Administration of DNH & DD through its Nodal Agency as OIDC has made a mechanism of selling of all type of scraps of the Industries/ Trade to make it at “Fair Price and Hassel Free Transaction” to all over India. It will be beneficial for both industries/trade and Local & National buyers. They have to register with MSTC website i.e. https://www.mstcecommerce.com/ portal, through OIDC, DNH & DD, which will give them a chance to do the business activity in the local area, all over India level even globally.
Therefore, all the industries/trade are requested and advised to enter into Tripartite Agreement amongst OIDC, DNH & DD and the register with MSTC through the portal with the help of OIDC immediately as this is more transparent and beneficial to the industries, so the industries are requested to start their business in the online portal.
In this regard FIA, Silvassa has also given the registration procedures step by step in this letter. If you face any difficulty in the same, please feel free to contact and/or send your valuable suggestions to us within 7 days, so that we will forward the same for early resolution of the issue.
