Update on Petition against the additional FPPCA
Dear all,
With reference to our earlier mail dated 19th November in respect of recovery of FPPCA of the year April 12 to March 15 by DNHPDCL, all the three association jointly filled a petition before JERC to refrain DNHPDCL from illegal recovery under pretext of arrears of FPPCA of the year 2012-13, 2013 - 14 and 2014 - 15 from the consumers.
We are pleased to inform you that, the matter was appeared before Hon'ble JERC on 15.12.15 for ad-interim relief in form of stay of the recovery till final disposal of the matter.
Hon'ble JERC granted ad-interim stay against the recovery by DNHPDCL. The final order shall be pass in due cause after hearing both side.
This is for your information and all the members are requested not to pay the additional FPPCA charges raise in your bill and you are requested to pay the exact due amount as per your bill.
