Various issues faced by the Industries.

Your association SIMA has received many queries from Industrial friends in respect of selling of the scrap generated in their factories through OIDC & MSTC. Many of them have inquired about the Execution of Tripartite Agreement, Registration and Process for Auction etc. So, to settle the various queries, we would like to inform you that the copy of the Tripartite Agreement is available with Labour Officer, Labour Department DNH.
The industries have to Execute the Tripartite Agreement on Rs 100/- Stamp Paper as the seller. The said Tripartite Agreement is to be signed by the seller, OIDC and MSTC, So the Three copies of Tripartite Agreement, each having stamp paper of Rs 100/- is to be signed. The seller i.e. Company has to sign the Three copy of the Tripartite Agreement with his initials on every page and has also inserted the detail of the Name of the Company, Address and PAN Number etc. in the Agreement. On the last page, Seller has to put his full Signature along with the seal of the Company and rubber stamp.

INSTALLATION OF SOLAR SYSTEM
As you know, DNHPDCL is now again insisting the Industries of DNH for completion and installation of Solar System Panel to generate the Renewable Energy to the tune of 5% of the connected load.
Considering the current Pandemic situation on behalf of Federation of Industries Association and its constituent Associations SIMA, SIA and DNHIA has submitted the representation to Hon'ble Secretary Power and MD DNHPDCL, Chief Engineer DNHPDCL and Executive Engineer DNHPDCL. By the said representation FIA has requested to extend the time limit for installation of Solar System at least for one year.

RECOVERY RAISED BY VAT DEPARTMENT
It has been informed that many companies have received Notices from the VAT Department, by which the VAT Department raise the recovery of a huge amount on Account of Non-verified forms on TINXSYS for earlier years. The assessment of such financial year was completed long back.
