Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith various Notifications issued by the Joint Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
As per Notification No. S.O.3260 (E) dated 24.09.2020 the Central Government constituted the National Medical Commission and appointed various officer under National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019).

As per Notification No. S.O.3261 (E) dated 24.09.2020, the Central Government constituted various Autonomous Boards under National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), namely: - (a) Under-Graduate Medical Education Board; (b) Post-Graduate Medical Education Board; (c) Medical Assessment and Rating Board; and (d) Ethics and Medical Registration Board.

As per Notification No. S.O.3262 (E) dated 24.09.2020, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of the section 1 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), the provisions of sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19, 56 and 57 of the said Act were brought into force with effect from the 2nd day of September, 2019 vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 3162(E), dated 2nd September 2019 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii).
Therefore, in the exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby notifies that all the remaining provisions of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019) shall come into force with effect from the 25th day of September 2020.
