Approval of ARR and Approval Retail Tariff for FY 2015-16 by JERC UTs

As you all are aware that DNH Power Distribution Corporation Ltd. had filed business plan for the MYT Period for 2015-16 to FY 2017-18 vide Petition No. 154/2014. DNHPDCL had filed True up of ARR for FY 2013-14 and Review of ARR for FY 2014-15.
DNH PDCL had also filed Petition No. 151/2014 for determination of ARR for MYT FY 2016-17 to FY 2017-18 and Retail Tariff for FY 2015-16.
Hon'ble Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission vide Order dtd: 01/04/2015 has determined the ARR for MYT FY 2016-17 to FY 2017-18 and also approved the Retail Tariff for FY 2015-16. The soft copy of the order by which approval of ARR and approval of Retail Tariff for FY 2015-16 is granted has been attached herewith.

So, all the colleague industries are hereby requested to go through the said order in detail and give your feedback and suggestion for further necessary action.
