Canton Fair - 2016 scheduled to be held from 15th April - 5th May 2016 at Gaungzhou, China

As regular event this year also Canton Fair -2016 shall be held at China Import and Export Complex, Gaungzhou, PR China from 15th April – 5th May 2016. In the said Canton Fair- 2016 the various International Pavilion, the various products appliances, equipments, machineries, etc. shall be displayed by the various Manufacturers and Exporters.
The Canton Fair is a comprehensive and specialized event for the manufacturers and consumers wherein a variety of over 150000 high quality of products at reasonable price are displayed by the international exhibitors. The renew rate of Chinese products is over 40% each session. Depending upon China's advantages in manufacturing industry and orienting towards international market demand, the fair shows a variety of high quality products with reasonable price.
In the 114th Session, Canton Fair continued to set up the International Pavilion in Phase 1 and Phase 3, with 7 sections, 888 stands and 20,000 square meters of exhibition area. 542 enterprises from 40 countries and regions exhibited their products and also there were 11 national and regional trade delegations attending the International Pavilion. The top five countries and regions with the most exhibiting enterprises are Korea (128 enterprises), Taiwan Province (77 enterprises), Malaysia (76 enterprises), in India (56 enterprises) and Turkey (30 enterprises). The International pavilion has become one of the best platforms for international exhibitors to explore Chinese Market.
This year in Phase-1 i.e. 15th - 19th April 2016, Household Electrical Appliances, Consumer Electronics and Information Products, Electronic and Electrical Products, Lighting Equipments, etc. products as mentioned in the brochure shall be exhibited.
In Phase-2, i.e. 23rd - 27th April 2015, Kitchenware & Tableware, Glassware, Consumer Goods, Gardening Products and other products as mentioned in the brochure shall be exhibited.
In Phase-3 i.e. 1st May to 5th May 2016, Men and Women's Clothing, Kids' wear, Sports & Casual wear, Textiles & Garments, Shoes, Office Supplies Cases and Bags, Medical devices & Health Products, Foods, etc product as mentioned in brochure shall be exhibited.
Looking to the range of products, appliances, etc, Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association (SIMA) feels that, in Phase - 1 varieties of products which shall be matter of interest for the entrepreneurs of our territory and hence SIMA proposed that, a delegation from Dadra & Nagar Haveli should visit the Canton Fair - 2016 from 15th April - 19th April 2016 i.e. Phase - 1 of the Trade Fair.

Orbit has approached your association Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association (SIMA), to form delegation in which delegates from the various sectors of industries of Dadra & Nagar Haveli may be joined to visit the biggest platforms “Canton Fair 2016”. So, it is hereby invited the delegates from various industrial units of Dadra & Nagar Haveli to join the delegation and for that we appeal the colleague industries to express their interest at the earliest to participate in the Trade Fair, so that SIMA can take the matter forward and negotiate with the tour operator M/s Orbit Corporate & Leisure Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. If we receive nominations from 30 or more delegates from our territory, we can request Orbit to organize a special tailor-made tour programme specially for our industries colleagues to visit the Canton Fair 2016 between 15th April - 19th April 2016 at Gaungzhou, PR China.
Your early action in the matter shall help us to move forward in the matter and we can further negotiate the terms & conditions and commercial aspects of the same with tour operator.
