Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) is going to organize a workshop on Operational Excellence "To Stay in Competition" on 10th June 2016 at 10.00 AM to 05.30 PM in Lords Plaza Hotel, Surat. The soft copy of the brochure and registration form are enclosed herewith for your reference.
Operational Excellence is an element of organizational leadership that stresses the application of variety of principles, systems and tools towards the sustainable improvement of key performance metrics. The focus of Operational Excellence goes beyond the traditional event-based model of improvement toward a long term change in organizational culture.
